ACCESSIBILITY

ABASyncPoint is designed to work for more people.

We aim for an inclusive, keyboard-accessible, readable experience across the public website and continue testing as the product evolves.

Effective September 2, 2026

Our approach

We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA practices, including semantic structure, visible focus, keyboard operation, sufficient contrast, reduced-motion support, labeled controls, and responsive layouts.

Known limitations

Some product illustrations are simplified visual demonstrations. Their essential meaning is also provided through nearby headings and text. Third-party tools linked from the site may have their own accessibility behavior.

Feedback and accommodation

If something prevents you from accessing information or submitting a request, use the contact page. Describe the page, the barrier, your browser or assistive technology when useful, and the format or accommodation you need. Do not include patient information.

Continuous review

We include automated and manual accessibility checks in our release process and prioritize defects that block navigation, comprehension, or form completion.
